The Process
#1 BOOKING
We are always happy to schedule a time to discuss your plans before you confirm a booking. You can reach out at any stage with any questions you may have. The booking process completes when the wedding photography agreement is signed by both parties and the stated deposit is received by us.
# 2 ONE OR TWO MONTHS OUT
We will send a questionnaire regarding your wedding location and scheduling details – this gives us the opportunity to prepare based on how the day’s events are set to unfold. It would be great to setup a meeting at this time to go over all the details. If your wedding coordinator is available, we will be happy to meet in person or on a zoom call to get the better understanding of the process and venue planning.
#3 WEEK OF
We will confirm the details from your questionnaire with you, making sure there have been no significant changes. We will also answer any last questions you might have about logistics for the day.
#4 DAY OF
Time to celebrate. We will follow your timeline as the day goes on, and photograph all the wonderful events that come to pass.
#5 IMAGE DELIVERY
After your wedding day, the editing process begins. we will have everything ready for you to view in approximately 10 weeks, at which point you’ll be able to view your images on the online gallery. From there, you’ll be able to download the high-resolution photographs immediately. There is no additional charges for downloading them from the gallery. The downloadable gallery can be shared with your friends and family as many as you would like.
#6 ALBUMS
Once you’ve received your collection of images, you’ll be able to select choices for your wedding album from the online gallery. Once we have received your favorite selection, we will start on the book design and upload a draft that you’ll be able to view online and make any change requests. Then, after you’ve signed off on the final edit, we will place the order. Your album will arrive in approximately five weeks.

WEDDING DAY FAMILY PHOTOGRAPH
Here’s a list of family photo combinations to keep in mind for the family portraits. We generally recommend keeping the number of combinations to total of ten or less. But as each family is unique and requires different groupings, just please create a list of what’s important and we will work with you. We recommend to have someone in your family member to be a coordinator so we can ensure that the members on your list are present.
If there are any unique family dynamics we should be aware of, please let us know in advance. This will help ensure that the portrait process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here is a list of the most common combinations.
